Kylee's Brekky Guide to Adelaide, South Australia

Hi party people. It’s me, iced coffee queen here. I recently spent 5 months living down under in the incredible city of Adelaide. As an (iced) coffee addict I was determined to find the best iced latte in all of Adelaide. Australia is known for delicious coffee and South Australia’s coffee did not disappoint. Along with the fab coffee, I also found some of the best brekky spots. Whether you’re a sweet or savory brekky type or maybe a mix of both, I think we can all agree that a good brekky spot makes the world go round.

Below is a list of my favorite Brekky spots in Adelaide. Happy brunching!

XOXO,

Ky

DISCLAIMER: DO NOT ORDER AN ICED COFFEE unless you want ICECREAM in your coffee. If you want a regular Iced Coffee then order an “Iced Latte.”

Pickle in the Middle

20/10 recommend this to be your first stop in Adelaide for brekky. They have the BEST iced latte and eggs benedict I’ve ever had. Plus, You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The food is incredible, but the people are who make it. The owners, Luke and Carley are some of the best. They make their customers feel like family.

Drink : Vanilla iced latte w/ almond milk

Order (pictured) : Eggs Benedict (SO good)

Order (not pictured) : Breakfast greens, salted caramel brownie or banana bread!

Think Cheesecake Factory but Australian style. Their menu is HUGE and EVERYTHING on it is ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR!

Drink : Try one of their fresh juices, smoothies or coffee - you can’t go wrong!

Order (pictured) : THEIR MOUTH WATERING BANANA BREAD called “Hakuna Banana.”

Order (not pictured) : The BREAKFAST BURGER (A brioche bun filled with bacon, provolone, fried egg, bacon jam, aioli, tomato relish and baby spinach)

C.R.E.A.M.

Located south of the city, Cream, is a hidden gem in Brighton Beach. The iced latte’s are delicious but the true masterpiece is the DONUT brekky sandwich on the menu.
